The structure is rented in a single solution and is made up of three independent but contiguous apartments (two on the ground floor and one on the first floor); each apartment has a bathroom with shower and its own kitchen.
The kitchen serving the large paved outdoor area equipped with a gazebo, tables and chairs for 8-10 people is larger and equipped to meet the needs of all guests.
The Villa is accompanied by a panoramic terrace, reserved outdoor spaces with barbecue, three reserved parking spaces, a swimming pool for exclusive use measuring 12 x 6 meters (depth 1.40 m) with a large solarium of approx. 100 equipped with gazebo, sunbeds, tables, chairs and umbrellas as well as a large lawn.

5% discount for stays of two weeks or more.
The prices are intended for each single apartment and include::
- Linen for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen
- Free Wi-Fi connection
- Heating in winter
- Final cleaning if the apartment is left in good condition, otherwise it will be charged a fee 50,00 Euro.
- Use of the apartment with all utilities (electricity, gas, water, air conditioning)
- Use of the swimming pool, barbecue, satellite TV, washing machine
- Baby cot (if available)
Additional services on demand (to be paid):
For each additional bed (up to 12 years): € 12 per day
Wood for fireplace: € 10 for 20 kg

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 20% deposit on booking. Balance on arrival. In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
