The vineyards extend over 12 hectares, located all around the house with optimal exposure that allows us to always have grapes, primarily of Sangiovese and Canaiolo variety, with very homogeneous features and an always very good quality.
The harvest is done exclusively by hand.
The harvest generally starts in the second half of September, with the selection of the grapes for the Chianti Classico Vin Santo and then continues from the first days of October with Sangiovese and Canaiolo.
Our philosophy focuses on the continuous search for quality and typicality and is expressed in all business processes that are carried out completely in-house with our own personnel.
